Medical Imaging Field Engineer – West Zone

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +10 more states.

📋 Description

• You will be tasked with the installation, troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance of all Siemens Healthcare systems at customer locations with minimal oversight.

• You will ensure timely and effective repairs while providing adequate training to operators, thereby promoting optimal system performance and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.

• You will oversee financial performance in your territory, striving to meet or surpass budget targets for revenue generation, expense management, and inventory oversight.

• You will be responsible for managing company assets, which include a company vehicle, mobile phone, computer, tools, and inventory parts. You will also establish and maintain positive business relationships with customers and colleagues while accurately fulfilling necessary administrative tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a high school diploma is required; a technical Associate's Degree or equivalent is preferred.

• At least 3 years of experience as a medical technologist or field service engineer (biomedical engineer) servicing diagnostic instruments is necessary.

• A valid driver's license, the ability to drive independently both day and night, and a good driving record are required.

• You must exhibit excellent judgment in customer relations and in managing company resources; possess strong proficiency in instrument systems technology, including mechanics, electrical, chemistry, and software technology; and have experience with electronics, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
