Medical Imaging Field Engineer – AX/XP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Executes technical tasks, primarily following established guidelines, to ensure effective service delivery for customer equipment.

• Provides support to customers both remotely and on-site.

• Delivers 2nd and 3rd level user support when issues arise.

• Coordinates and implements defined service operations or resolves product-related issues for customer equipment.

• Assists in generating sales leads for predefined service offerings and participates in planning activities.

• Basic commissioning of products and systems.

• Integration of components into a cohesive system.

• Basic engineering skills.

• Experience with maintenance tasks.
