Medical Imaging Field Engineer 3/4

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Servicing AT Imaging Equipment in Houston, TX.

• Installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and conducting preventative maintenance on all Siemens Healthcare systems at customer locations with minimal supervision.

• Delivering timely and effective repairs while providing adequate training to operators to ensure optimal system performance, leading to enhanced customer satisfaction.

• Managing financial performance within the designated territory, achieving or surpassing budget targets for revenue generation, expense control, and inventory management.

• Overseeing company assets, including a company car, cell phone, computer, tools, inventory parts, and more.

• Establishing and maintaining strong business relationships with customers and colleagues, while accurately performing necessary administrative tasks.

• Offering mentoring opportunities to other Customer Service Engineers on all competencies and responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of a high school diploma; a technical associate's degree or equivalent is preferred.

• Over 7 years of experience as a medical technologist or field service engineer (biomedical engineer) servicing imaging instruments is required.

• Must possess proficiency in the use of tools and service test equipment, with the capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within an established team.

• Expertise in all required network applications and tools (including but not limited to eVO, mButler, MS Office applications, Concur, NAM Customer Service website—Engineer Tools).

• A valid driver's license, the ability to drive independently both day and night, and a clean driving record are mandatory.
