Medical Imaging Field Engineer 2

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• You will be responsible for servicing MR/CT/MI Equipment in the Kansas City, MO area.

• This position is field-based and customer-facing, focusing on the installation, servicing, maintenance, and modification of Siemens’ imaging equipment at customer locations.

• Initially, you will support diagnostic modalities, with the opportunity to cross-train into additional modalities in the future.

• Flexibility is essential, as you will need to work various shifts and participate in On-Call rotations based on business requirements, including the possibility of working overtime as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a high school diploma is required; a technical Associates Degree or equivalent is preferred.

• Proficiency in using tools and service test equipment is essential, along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• You must be adept in all relevant network applications and tools, including but not limited to eVO, mButler, MS Office applications, Concur, and the NAM Customer Service website—Engineer Tools.

• The ability to locate, read, and comprehend documentation for installation, setup, repair, troubleshooting, schematics, block diagrams, and functional descriptions is required.

• A minimum of 7 years of experience as a medical technologist or field service engineer (biomedical engineer) servicing diagnostic instruments is necessary.

• A valid driver's license, the capability to drive independently both day and night, and a good driving record are required.
