This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct virtual consultations with prospective patients interested in treatments related to stem cell and regenerative medicine.

• Assess patient conditions pertaining to joint pain, autoimmune disorders, and chronic pain management.

• Clearly and professionally explain treatment options, anticipated outcomes, and the general processes involved in regenerative medicine.

• Establish rapport with patients while providing compassionate and informative consultations.

• Keep accurate consultation records and communicate effectively with internal clinic teams.

• Collaborate with patient coordinators and clinic personnel to facilitate a seamless consultation process.

• Participate in meetings and engage regularly through Slack, Discord, Zoom, and other remote collaboration platforms.

• Remain updated on advancements and best practices in the field of regenerative medicine and stem cell therapies.

• Provide a high-quality patient experience while maintaining professionalism and empathy in all interactions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Licensed Medical Doctor (MD) or an equivalent medical qualification.

• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Experience in dealing with patients suffering from joint pain and autoimmune disorders.

• Understanding of regenerative medicine principles and patient care methodologies.

• Comfortable conducting virtual consultations with patients in a remote setting.

• Ability to convey complex medical information in a clear and comprehensible manner.

• Proactive attitude with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

• Proficient in using remote communication and collaboration tools.
