This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Lead the medical strategy and planning for Alzheimer's Disease within the medical affairs domain.
β’ Collaborate with essential stakeholders to formulate and implement the medical affairs strategy.
β’ Supervise the planning and execution of real-world evidence and data generation initiatives.
β’ Design and carry out real-world studies for designated products.
β’ Act as a medical authority and subject matter expert for both internal and external stakeholders.
β’ Possess an advanced degree in a scientific discipline (PhD, PharmD, or MD).
β’ Have over 8 years of experience within the pharmaceutical or biotech sector.
β’ Experience in the therapeutic area is preferred, particularly in an internal Medical Affairs capacity.
β’ Demonstrate practical knowledge of FDA regulations and ICH guidelines related to clinical studies.
β’ Extensive experience across various functions within Medical Affairs.
β’ Previous leadership experience managing cross-functional teams is required.
β’ Participation in the Eisai Inc. Annual Incentive Plan.
