This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance Chamber’s care programs.

• Act as Chamber’s physician leader focused on clinical quality and documentation integrity.

• Lead the care team in achieving clinical excellence.

• Collaborate with Product to create technology-enabled workflows.

• Propel the creation of innovative care and quality models that enhance outcomes and payer performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• MD or DO (Cardiology, Internal Medicine, or related specialty).

• Over 3 years of experience in clinical leadership or value-based care initiatives.

• Proven track record in guiding interdisciplinary clinical teams.

• Strong preference for experience with quality programs and clinical documentation integrity.

• Demonstrated capability to design, test, and implement new clinical programs or technology-driven workflows.

• In-depth understanding of payer-provider alignment, outcomes measurement, and risk-based models.

• A collaborative communicator who excels at the intersection of medicine, technology, and systems design.
