Medical Contact Center Assistant, Swedish Speaker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming communications through phone, email, fax, and various other channels.

• Deliver precise answers to inquiries related to medical information, product quality, and general concerns from healthcare professionals and patients.

• Document, track, and report Adverse Drug Reactions in alignment with regulatory timelines and internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Assist with data tracking, quality control, training support, and data reconciliation tasks.

• Collaborate with multiple departments.

• Uphold high standards in documentation and communication practices.

• Carry out additional assigned responsibilities as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in Swedish at a C1 level or above is essential.

• A degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, MD, VET, or a related area is preferred; equivalent experience will also be considered.

• Relevant background in pharmacovigilance or drug safety, clinical data entry/management, medical affairs, regulatory affairs, or quality assurance in pharmaceutical, biotech, or CRO sectors.

• Experience with processing Adverse Event (AE) and Serious Adverse Event (SAE) reports, narrative creation, query handling, safety databases, and regulatory submissions.

• Strong understanding of regulatory guidelines, including ICH GCP and pharmacovigilance standards.

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively both as a team member and independently with moderate supervision.
