This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria, +3 more countries.
β’ Manage incoming communications through phone, email, fax, and various other channels.
β’ Deliver precise answers to inquiries related to medical information, product quality, and general concerns from healthcare professionals and patients.
β’ Document, track, and report Adverse Drug Reactions in alignment with regulatory timelines and internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
β’ Assist with data tracking, quality control, training support, and data reconciliation tasks.
β’ Collaborate with multiple departments.
β’ Uphold high standards in documentation and communication practices.
β’ Carry out additional assigned responsibilities as required.
β’ Proficiency in Swedish at a C1 level or above is essential.
β’ A degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, MD, VET, or a related area is preferred; equivalent experience will also be considered.
β’ Relevant background in pharmacovigilance or drug safety, clinical data entry/management, medical affairs, regulatory affairs, or quality assurance in pharmaceutical, biotech, or CRO sectors.
β’ Experience with processing Adverse Event (AE) and Serious Adverse Event (SAE) reports, narrative creation, query handling, safety databases, and regulatory submissions.
β’ Strong understanding of regulatory guidelines, including ICH GCP and pharmacovigilance standards.
β’ Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
β’ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Ability to work effectively both as a team member and independently with moderate supervision.
