Medical Communications Lead, AI Strategy and Implementation

📋 Description

• Oversee the implementation of the Medical Communications AI strategy while identifying valuable AI opportunities across various service lines.

• Create and develop AI agents using large language model platforms (such as CoPilot and internal AI assistants) to automate processes and improve productivity.

• Manage the comprehensive rollout of AI-driven solutions, ensuring adherence to timelines and monitoring success metrics.

• Guide staff on the applications of AI and enhance internal capabilities through the development of toolkits and playbooks.

• Offer AI insights for proposals and act as a subject matter expert on AI strategy for significant accounts.

• Represent the Medical Communications sector at industry gatherings and contribute to thought leadership initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive and verifiable experience in medical communications, medical affairs, or healthcare innovation.

• A proven history of leading AI or digital transformation projects in the life sciences sector, with practical implementation experience.

• Demonstrated ability to design and develop AI agents within large language model platforms.

• Strong skills in project management, analytical thinking, and problem-solving.

• Exceptional communication and relationship management capabilities across all organizational levels.

• Expertise in change management with a positive, innovative mindset.

• Proficient in AI technologies, including natural language processing, large language models, and machine learning.

• A Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
