This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serve as the primary contact for inquiries from team members.
• Collaborate with agencies and/or internal departments, including Operations, to provide answers.
• Approve credit memos and manage employee receivables.
• Evaluate team performance, track team metrics, and oversee the claims process.
• Provide training for new hires and current employees on departmental procedures and agency guidelines.
• Aid in the creation of claims procedures for all new agencies.
• Generate accounts receivable reports for the team’s agencies.
• Work alongside team members and agencies to recover outstanding payments.
• Communicate with the Claims Manager regarding training concerns, agency difficulties, unbilled items, and accounts receivable matters.
• Participate in training sessions, conferences, and team meetings.
• High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
• An Associate degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Exceptional organizational and administrative skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience in managing complex projects with critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Capability to work with numerical data and apply basic math skills to daily tasks.
