This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Overseeing a substantial volume of PIP, workers’ compensation, and auto accident-related claims.
• Comprehensive Medical Billing and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
• Verification and authorization of insurance.
• Processing claims and conducting follow-ups.
• Posting payments and managing payment follow-ups.
• Ensuring accuracy in billing and adherence to company protocols.
• Collaborating with healthcare providers and insurance firms.
• Assisting senior billers with daily billing activities.
• Managing emails and text communications.
• Experience in medical billing within a physical therapy setting is advantageous.
• Proficiency in managing PIP (Personal Injury Protection), workers’ compensation, and auto accident-related claims is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with Prompt EMR is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Must possess attention to detail, organizational skills, and accuracy in billing tasks.
• Ability to strictly adhere to company procedures and billing workflows as instructed.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Must be flexible and quick to learn detailed billing processes.
• Capability to work effectively in a fast-paced billing environment.
• Excellent English communication skills—professional, clear, and collaborative.
• Team-oriented attitude with the ability to collaborate closely with senior billers and team members.
• Proficient in both spoken and written English, ensuring clarity.
• Relevant work experience is required.
• Must be able to provide an NBI clearance and/or Local Police Clearance background check prior to onboarding [mandatory].
• Availability for video meetings with the camera on (when necessary).
