Medical Assistant I – Virtualist Program

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Support the provision of safe, high-quality clinical care.

• Foster collaboration to improve patient satisfaction and provider efficiency.

• Measure patient vital signs and record medical histories in the EMR system.

• Offer medical information to patients and families to enhance patient satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Required: High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Must be a graduate of an Accredited Medical Assistant program OR possess a Medical Assistant Certification (AAMA, CCMA, RMA, NCMA) OR have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Medical Assistant.

• Achieve and maintain Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association within 90 days of hire.

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

• Familiarity with medical terminology.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Basic computer proficiency.

• Good organizational skills and capability to multitask.
