Medical Affairs Scientist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals (HCPs), key opinion leaders (KOLs), regulatory authorities, and scientific stakeholders as a peer, building trust and credibility in every interaction.

• Collect, document, synthesize, and share actionable medical insights derived from external engagements, scientific discussions, and stakeholder feedback in a compliant manner.

• Efficiently communicate key scientific insights through omnichannel and digital platforms, ensuring that pertinent information reaches stakeholders promptly and is easily accessible.

• Assist the CML in external engagements, serving as a visible and credible representative of Pfizer Medical within the marketplace.

• Develop and implement a prioritized, impactful medical plan, which includes KOL mapping.

⛳️ Requirements

• An advanced degree in healthcare or a scientific field, combined with extensive experience and knowledge in the pharmaceutical sector.

• A medical degree (MD) or equivalent along with board certification, or a TA-related PhD and post-doctoral experience is preferred.

• Strong scientific and medical background, including clinical or research experience.

• Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry, local healthcare systems, and regulatory frameworks.

• Proven ability to analyze medical data and derive insights.

• Proficiency in business and medical English (additional languages as required by the market).
