This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage with community and academic oncology care teams, which includes physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, pharmacists, and other pertinent healthcare professionals.

• Act as Karyopharm’s representative for clinical education within the oncology hematology sector.

• Deliver compliant, non-promotional education concerning the clinical profile of selinexor.

• Educate healthcare professionals and care teams on practical aspects of patient management, incorporating proactive monitoring, symptom identification, patient counseling, and communication among care team members.

• Employ approved resources to meet customer needs, ensuring that all interactions adhere to Karyopharm guidelines, as well as FDA, OIG, HIPAA, and other relevant laws and regulations.

• Assist in the creation and enhancement of educational resources and training materials.

• Provide internal training and coaching to Karyopharm colleagues regarding hematology oncology nursing workflows and practical implementation strategies.

• Collaborate with MSLs to recognize the educational needs of hematology oncology care teams and deliver nursing-, pharmacy-, and APP-focused clinical education.

• Ensure prompt and precise documentation of healthcare professional interactions, medical insights, educational necessities, and follow-up actions.

• Identify and report adverse events, product complaints, and other reportable safety information in alignment with Karyopharm’s requirements and timelines.


⛳️ Requirements

• An advanced clinical degree or credential is preferred, such as RN, NP, or PA.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in oncology, hematology, nursing, advanced practice, pharmacy, clinical education, or Medical Affairs is required.

• Experience in hematologic malignancies, multiple myeloma, myelofibrosis, solid tumors, oral oncology therapies, gynecologic oncology, or supportive care is highly preferred.

• Experience with product launches is an advantage.

• A solid understanding of hematology oncology practice workflows, multidisciplinary care delivery, patient education, adherence support, adverse event management, and supportive care principles.

• Outstanding interpersonal skills.

• Capability to build and sustain relationships with influential healthcare professionals and multidisciplinary care teams.

• Comprehensive knowledge of FDA, OIG, HIPAA, and other ethical guidelines, laws, and regulations pertinent to the pharmaceutical industry.

• A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel as needed, up to 50%, including some weekends.
