
Medical Account Specialist II – Hematology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.
• Engage with Hematologists and other essential Oncology customers while delivering clinically focused sales messages.
• Facilitate partnerships with various collaborators, including the Regional Director, Nurse Educator, and Key Account Manager.
• Implement market profiling initiatives to ensure a comprehensive understanding of regional and local healthcare delivery.
• Actively identify business opportunities within assigned accounts.
• Cultivate strong working relationships with designated accounts and specialists.
• Show commitment to compliance by demonstrating knowledge of regulations and policies.
• A Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's degree or additional advanced education/certifications is a plus.
• At least 5 years of successful experience in Oncology sales, with a preference for Hematology Oncology.
• Experience with buy and bill processes for biologics is necessary.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with key thought leaders or influential customers in group practices, academic hospitals, or key institutions.
• Current account management experience in engaging large Oncology group practices and/or integrated delivery networks.
• Strong knowledge of the Hematology Oncology therapeutic area and the contemporary Oncology marketplace.
• Proven advanced clinically and account-based selling abilities.
• Results-driven with a history of successful product launches.
• Strong account manager with analytical, problem-solving, and planning capabilities.
• Willingness to travel and cover extensive geographical territories.
