This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Engage with Hematologists and other key Oncology stakeholders, delivering clinically-focused selling messages to promote our Multiple Myeloma bispecific antibody, with the aim of increasing brand share and revenue while achieving product objectives.
• Foster collaboration with various partners, including the Regional Director, Nurse Educator, Key Account Manager, Territory-based Oncology Account Specialists, and Reimbursement Specialists, to proactively address customer needs, identify market dynamics and trends, and devise strategies that align with brand and corporate goals in the designated territory.
• Build robust working relationships with designated accounts and specialists.
• Conduct market profiling activities to gain a comprehensive understanding of regional and local healthcare delivery systems, influencers, and payer structures.
• Actively seek out business opportunities within assigned accounts and coordinate efforts among the Regeneron Oncology account team, including supporting contracting pull-through with accounts.
• Establish a wide range of relationships within each account to comprehend their objectives, goals, and challenges, while identifying approved Regeneron Oncology resources that meet customer needs.
• Show commitment to compliance by understanding the regulations and policies that govern customer interactions and maintaining a consistent focus on adhering to them.
• A Bachelor’s degree; a Master’s degree or additional advanced education/certifications is a plus.
• At least 5 years of successful experience in Oncology sales, preferably in Hematology Oncology.
• Experience with buy and bill processes for biologics is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience collaborating with key thought leaders or influential customers in group practices, academic hospitals, or major institutions.
• Current account management experience in engaging large Oncology group practices and/or integrated delivery networks.
• Strong understanding of the Hematology Oncology therapeutic area and the current Oncology market landscape.
• Ability to collaborate and coordinate activities among individuals across diverse reporting structures within the organization.
• A passion for science and a strong desire to enhance knowledge related to disease states, treatment options, and healthcare trends.
