Medical Account Specialist II – Hematology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Connect with Hematology Experts and other key Oncology stakeholders within the designated geographic area to deliver clinically relevant selling messages to aid in the introduction of two bispecific agents.

• Foster collaboration with various partners including the Regional Director, Territory-based Oncology Account Specialists, and Reimbursement Specialists to proactively address customer requirements.

• Build robust working relationships with designated accounts and specialists.

• Conduct market profiling activities to ensure a comprehensive understanding of regional and local healthcare delivery systems, influencers, and payer structures.

• Actively identify business opportunities within assigned accounts.

• Cultivate a wide network of relationships within each account to gain insight into their objectives, goals, and challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree; a Master's degree or further advanced education/certifications is advantageous.

• At least 5 years of proven experience in Oncology sales, with a preference for Hematology Oncology.

• Experience with buy and bill processes involving biologics is required.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience engaging with key thought leaders or influential customers in group practices, academic hospitals, and key institutions.

• Current account management experience in targeting large Oncology group practices and/or integrated delivery networks.

• Strong comprehension of the Hematology Oncology therapeutic area and the current Oncology market landscape.

• Capability to collaborate with and synchronize activities among individuals in various reporting structures within the organization.

• A passion for and aptitude for learning in the field of science.

• Willingness to travel and cover extensive geographic territories.
