
Medical Account Specialist II – Hematology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Engage Hematologists and other key Oncology professionals while delivering clinically focused sales messages to promote our Multiple Myeloma bispecific antibody, aiming to enhance brand share and revenue, as well as achieve product objectives.
• Foster partnerships with various collaboration partners, including Regional Directors, Nurse Educators, Key Account Managers, Territory-based Oncology Account Specialists, and Reimbursement Specialists, to proactively address customer needs, identify market dynamics and trends, and devise strategies that align with brand and corporate goals within the assigned territory.
• Build strong working relationships with designated accounts and specialists.
• Conduct market profiling activities to gain a comprehensive understanding of regional and local healthcare delivery systems, influencers, and payer systems.
• Actively identify business opportunities within assigned accounts and ensure effective coordination of efforts by the Regeneron Oncology account team.
• Establish a broad network of relationships within each account to understand their objectives, goals, and challenges, while identifying appropriate Regeneron Oncology resources that meet the customers' needs.
• Exhibit a commitment to compliance by understanding the regulations and policies governing customer interactions and maintaining a consistent focus on ensuring adherence to them.
• A Bachelor’s degree; a Master’s degree or additional advanced education/certifications is a plus.
• At least 5 years of successful experience in Oncology sales, with a preference for Hematology Oncology.
• Experience with buy and bill processes related to biologics is required.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience working with key thought leaders or high-influence customers in group practices, academic hospitals, and key institutions.
• Current account management experience in engaging large Oncology group practices and/or integrated delivery networks.
• Strong knowledge of the Hematology Oncology therapeutic area and the current Oncology marketplace.
