
Medical Account Specialist II – Hematology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Engage with Hematologists and key Oncology stakeholders, delivering clinically focused sales messages to promote our Multiple Myeloma bispecific antibody, aiming to enhance brand share, revenue, and achieve product objectives.
• Foster partnerships with various collaboration partners, including the Regional Director, Nurse Educator, Key Account Manager, Territory-based Oncology Account Specialists, and Reimbursement Specialists, to proactively address customer needs, recognize market dynamics and trends, and develop strategies that align with brand and corporate goals in the designated territory.
• Cultivate strong working relationships with designated accounts and specialists.
• Conduct market profiling activities to gain a comprehensive understanding of regional and local healthcare delivery systems, influencers, and payer systems.
• Proactively seek business opportunities within assigned accounts and coordinate efforts effectively with the Regeneron Oncology account team.
• Build a wide network of relationships within each account to understand their objectives, goals, and challenges, while identifying Regeneron Oncology resources that meet customer needs.
• Showcase a commitment to compliance by understanding the regulations and policies governing customer interactions, with a consistent focus on adhering to them.
• A Bachelor's degree; a Master's degree or additional advanced education/certifications is advantageous.
• A minimum of 5 years of successful experience in Oncology sales, preferably in Hematology Oncology.
• Experience with buy and bill processes for biologics is required.
• At least 3 years of experience working with key thought leaders or high-influence customers in group practices, academic hospitals, and key institutions.
• Current account management experience targeting large Oncology group practices and/or integrated delivery networks.
• A strong understanding of the Hematology Oncology therapeutic area and the current Oncology marketplace.
