
Medical Account Specialist II – Hematology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.
• Engage with Hematologists and other key Oncology stakeholders, delivering clinically-focused sales messages to promote our Multiple Myeloma bispecific antibody, aiming to increase brand share and revenue while achieving product objectives.
• Foster collaboration with various partners including Regional Directors, Nurse Educators, Key Account Managers, Territory-based Oncology Account Specialists, and Reimbursement Specialists to proactively address customer needs, identify market trends, and formulate strategies that align with brand and corporate goals in the designated territory.
• Build robust working relationships with assigned accounts and specialists.
• Conduct market profiling activities to gain a comprehensive understanding of regional and local healthcare delivery systems, influencers, and payer frameworks.
• Proactively pinpoint business opportunities within assigned accounts and ensure appropriate coordination among the Regeneron Oncology account team, such as supporting contracting pull-through with accounts.
• Cultivate a wide range of relationships within each account to grasp their objectives, goals, and challenges, identifying suitable Regeneron Oncology resources that meet customer needs.
• Exhibit a commitment to compliance by understanding the regulations and policies governing customer interactions and maintaining a consistent focus on compliance.
• A Bachelor's degree; a Master's degree or additional advanced education/certifications is a plus.
• A minimum of 5 years of successful experience in Oncology sales, with a preference for Hematology Oncology.
• Required buy-and-bill experience with biologics.
• At least 3 years of experience collaborating with key thought leaders or high-influence customers in group practices, academic hospitals, or significant institutions.
• Current account management experience engaging large Oncology group practices and/or integrated delivery networks.
• Strong understanding of the Hematology Oncology therapeutic area and the contemporary Oncology marketplace.
