Medicaid Drug Rebate Product Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Play an essential role in the design and delivery of high-quality, scalable Medicaid Drug Rebate applications.

• Take the lead in collaborating with development and product teams to enhance intricate workflows.

• Create intuitive, accessible, and visually appealing user interfaces.

• Focus on more than just functionality—aim to craft seamless, human-centered digital experiences.

• Provide support for the drug rebate solution for state clients in maintenance and operations.

• Work in partnership with various stakeholder groups within the company’s Pharmacy enterprise.

• Collaborate with product development teams and senior designers to establish design requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience with Medicaid drug rebate solutions and business processes.

• Proficiency in querying RDBMS databases such as SQL Server and Oracle, along with an understanding of data models is advantageous.

• Experience with Medicaid Design, Development, and Implementation (DDI), or Change Requests, as well as solution enhancement projects.

• Adept in developing workflows to enhance business processes.

• Experienced in capturing, documenting, and managing client requirements and complex business processes.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for design, creation, testing, and defect resolution.
