MediaOcean Analyst – Media Finance, Systems Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Dominican Republic.

📋 Description

• Facilitate comprehensive financial processes such as media billing, invoicing, vendor payment reconciliations, and client funding cash applications for global brands.

• Serve as the functional expert for Mediaocean software (Prisma, Spectra), configuring system settings, workflows, and templates in line with global standards to enhance processing efficiency.

• Oversee and ensure smooth data integration between Mediaocean and Deltek Maconomy ERP, confirming the consistency of master data (clients, vendors, campaigns) and addressing integration challenges.

• Act as the primary operational contact between agency finance teams, central Shared Services (AP/AR), and IT, offering system training and facilitating the onboarding of new agencies into standardized workflows.

• Generate and evaluate media financial reports regarding spend pacing, revenue status, and variances while assisting with month-end closing activities.

• Ensure compliance with internal financial controls, SOX regulations, and audit standards, maintaining accurate SOPs and desktop procedures.

• Collaborate with transformation teams to introduce workflow automations, exception-based processing models, and AI-powered anomaly detection for billing validation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a closely related field.

• 2–5+ years of focused experience in agency media finance operations, financial systems support, or a centralized corporate Shared Services (SSC/BPO) environment.

• Direct, hands-on administrative or advanced operational experience using Mediaocean platforms (Prisma or Spectra).

• Comprehensive understanding of fundamental accounting principles, including multi-currency billing, high-volume reconciliations, and AP/AR workflows.

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel with a proven capability to reconcile, manipulate, and analyze large data sets across diverse systems.

• Exceptional English communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across various international regions and time zones.
