Media Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Perform extensive market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer insights to pinpoint opportunities and challenges.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (creative, media, analytics) to convert strategic insights into actionable marketing strategies and campaigns.

• Create detailed strategic frameworks, encompassing target audience identification, messaging structure, and channel strategies.

• Deliver strategic recommendations and justifications to clients, clearly conveying the value and potential impact of proposed solutions.

• Track campaign performance, analyze data, and offer data-driven suggestions for optimization and ongoing enhancement.

• Keep updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and customer experience.

• Assist in new business development by contributing to the creation of strategic proposals and presentations.

• Oversee multiple projects at once, ensuring timely completion and compliance with budget constraints.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is preferred.

• 3-5 years of experience in a strategic planning or strategy role within an agency or an internal marketing team.

• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies that yield measurable outcomes.

• Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to express complex concepts clearly and convincingly.

• Proficiency in market research tools, analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics), and presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint, Keynote).

• Proven capability to think critically, creatively solve problems, and adjust to changing client needs and market conditions.

• Experience in a dynamic, client-facing environment is highly advantageous.
