This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Assist in executing paid media campaigns across various channels, including paid search, paid social, programmatic/display, retargeting, and other digital platforms.
• Support daily campaign operations, which encompass audience targeting, campaign setup, ad trafficking, budget oversight, and initial performance evaluations.
• Aid in the implementation and maintenance of campaign tracking systems, including GA4 support, UTM tagging, pixel placements, and basic validation of conversion tracking.
• Collaborate with content, design, and product marketing teams to ensure that creative assets align with channel specifications and campaign goals.
• Track campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, CPL, and MQL, and provide straightforward reports and insights to the team.
• Execute fundamental optimizations under direction, including updating targeting, rotating creatives, adjusting budgets, and conducting variation tests.
• Coordinate with external vendors, media agencies, and MarTech partners to facilitate campaign launches, troubleshooting, and reporting.
• Assist with global events and webinars, which includes campaign amplification, audience targeting support, tracking setup, and post-event reporting.
• Support branded merchandise and swag initiatives by coordinating with vendors, managing fulfillment, and providing creative input.
• Ensure that campaigns comply with internal brand guidelines, regulatory standards, and scientific messaging protocols.
• 1–3 years of practical experience in paid media, digital marketing, or similar roles, preferably in B2B biotech, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or scientific technology.
• Proficiency in using Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, or comparable paid media platforms.
• Experience in supporting marketing events, including cross-regional coordination or campaign amplification.
• Basic familiarity with GA4, UTM tracking, pixel implementation, and reporting tools like Looker Studio or Excel.
• Understanding of digital media KPIs and foundational campaign principles.
• Strong attention to detail with the capability to QA basic campaign setups, tracking, and creative materials.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills to summarize outcomes and share updates with the team.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
