Media Production Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of media production initiatives.

• Manage and organize media operations, ensuring proper tagging and archiving for easy retrieval and version control.

• Collaborate with creative teams, account managers, and clients to understand project requirements and deliverables.

• Provide support for the technical aspects of media operations, including a comprehensive understanding of all programs and their execution.

• Monitor production timelines and workflows, identifying potential obstacles and proactively communicating status updates.

• Conduct quality assurance checks on all media programs to ensure accuracy, brand consistency, and adherence to technical specifications.

• Research and recommend new tools, technologies, and best practices to enhance media operations processes.

• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the media operations team and meet client objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• 1-2 years of experience in a media production or related analytical role, preferably in an agency setting.

• Proficiency in media management software and content management systems.

• Strong understanding of various media formats, codecs, and delivery platforms.

• Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

• Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues related to program support.

• Proactive problem-solver with a strong work ethic, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
