This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
β’ Oversee daily campaign management across CookUnity's offline media platforms, including Linear TV, CTV, Online Video, Radio, Streaming Audio, and Podcasts.
β’ Assist in media planning, budget distribution, and performance monitoring; review performance on a daily basis and report risks or opportunities to senior management.
β’ Manage campaign trafficking, creative asset organization, and quality control to guarantee that campaigns are launched correctly and operate seamlessly.
β’ Create and sustain performance dashboards that accurately track essential metrics (impressions, CPM, CPV, reach, frequency, brand lift) with precision and clarity.
β’ Implement structured testing plans created by senior team members, covering everything from creative rotation to daypart optimization and audience targeting experiments.
β’ Collaborate with agency partners on campaign setup, optimization requests, and performance analysis.
β’ Assist in developing media recommendations by performing competitive analysis, audience research, and in-depth evaluations of channel performance.
β’ Contribute to the creation of measurement frameworks by extracting data, resolving discrepancies, and participating in weekly and monthly reporting cycles.
β’ Stay updated on trends in the offline media industry, platform advancements, and emerging channels, bringing innovative ideas and learning opportunities to the team.
β’ Collaborate across departments with Creative, Analytics, and other channel teams to ensure brand consistency and accurate tracking.
β’ 2-4 years of experience in media planning, digital marketing, or growth marketing roles, ideally with some experience in offline channels (TV, CTV, Audio, Podcasts).
β’ Proficient in English.
β’ Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency and the ability to work with data, enabling the creation of clear dashboards, identification of trends, and diagnosis of performance issues.
β’ Proven interest in media measurement and attribution; while you may not have extensive experience in Marketing Mix Modeling, you are eager to learn how brand campaigns impact business results.
β’ Detail-oriented and organized; you can manage multiple campaigns and vendors without losing track and proactively identify issues before they escalate.
β’ Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced work environments; you excel when given ownership of specific projects and can independently navigate challenges.
β’ Excellent communication skills; you can distill complex data into clear insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
β’ Inquisitive and commercially minded; you seek to understand not just what occurred, but also why it happened and the next steps to take.
