• Take full responsibility for eRetail media campaigns, implementing hands-on optimizations to achieve desired results.
• Drive a comprehensive media strategy while identifying expansion opportunities across platforms such as Walmart, Target, Amazon, and others.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, third-party vendors, and internal teams regarding all aspects of marketplace media and paid search.
• Maintain daily communication with clients and internal departments to ensure coordination and success across all campaigns.
• Unlock team capabilities by supervising analysts, offering mentorship, and providing strategic direction under account leadership.
• Create and implement marketplace media strategies, including strategic roadmaps, testing plans, and risk-benefit analyses.
• Analyze performance results and provide actionable insights to clients.
• Convert client goals into effective campaign strategies and tactics, enhancing value and efficiency in execution.
• Utilize analytical reasoning, data analysis, and problem-solving abilities to optimize campaigns and enhance performance.
• Offer proactive coaching, manage tasks, and outline timeline requirements for specialists to promote growth and functional expertise.
• Assume responsibility for performance evaluations and deliver constructive feedback to aid team development.
• Over 4 years of hands-on experience managing eRetail media campaigns for Walmart, Target, and other platforms, along with proficiency in campaign bidding and management tools.
• Demonstrated capability to manage personnel, lead teams, and unlock potential in others.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills to produce measurable outcomes and insights.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, vlookups, and chart creation; knowledge of Visual Basic macros is a plus) and familiarity with Amazon tools such as PacVue, Sellics, Teikametrics, or Perpetua.
• Excellent professional presence and communication skills to influence and motivate clients and teams.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities while working independently in a fast-paced environment.
