Media Designer, Creative Designer – Performance Creatives

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Conceptualize and create static Performance Creatives for paid social media campaigns.

• Develop various creative strategies, designs, and variations for ongoing testing.

• Transform marketing messages, promotions, and product advantages into visually engaging advertisements.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to assess which creatives perform best and generate new design methods.

• Design organic content for social media platforms.

• Create shop banners, product graphics, landing page elements, and other visual marketing collateral.

• Continuously refine the visual brand identity and maintain a modern, cohesive appearance.

• Collaborate closely with the performance marketing, content, and e-commerce teams.

• Contribute innovative ideas and current design trends to the creative process.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Media Design, or a related design field.

• Initial relevant professional experience in graphic or media design, preferably in an e-commerce or performance marketing setting.

• Strong understanding of aesthetics, typography, color, imagery, and visual hierarchy.

• Ability to create modern, high-quality, and captivating content.

• Preferably experienced with static creatives for social media advertisements or other digital marketing campaigns.

• Awareness that Performance Creatives need to convey a clear message and achieve results.

• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design software.

• Experience with Figma is a plus.

• Ability to quickly understand various target audiences, products, and communication strategies.

• Structured and reliable work style, with prompt and careful implementation of feedback.

• Proactive mindset and readiness to take responsibility for the brand's visual development.

• A compelling portfolio showcasing relevant work samples must be included with the application.
