• Create, launch, and oversee advanced advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.

• Track daily performance metrics and proactively modify bidding, budgets, and targeting to achieve ROAS/CPA objectives.

• Engage in ongoing A/B testing of ad copy, creative elements, and landing pages to pinpoint successful strategies.

• Examine campaign data to extract actionable insights and deliver comprehensive reports on performance trends.

• Collaborate with creative teams to provide briefs for high-converting visual assets informed by performance metrics.

• Stay informed about platform modifications, algorithm updates, and industry developments to retain a competitive advantage.

• Proven experience in managing and scaling profitable Meta Ads campaigns.

• In-depth technical knowledge of the Meta Ads Manager, including Pixel setup, Conversion API, and Attribution models.

• Strong analytical abilities to interpret intricate data sets and translate findings into strategic actions.

• Exceptional copywriting skills designed for high-conversion social media advertising.

• Expertise in audience research and advanced segmentation methodologies.

• Capability to operate independently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
