This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Oversee, enhance, and expand Meta Ads campaigns tailored for DTC/eCommerce brands
• Take ownership of performance metrics including CPA, ROAS, MER, and LTV
• Consistently experiment with creatives, target audiences, and sales funnels
• Conduct daily monitoring of campaigns and swiftly respond to shifts in performance
• Partner with creative and strategy teams to identify and leverage growth opportunities
• Extensive experience with Meta Ads in the eCommerce/DTC sector
• Demonstrated success in scaling accounts with actual budget management
• Data-oriented mindset with a quick decision-making capability
• Proficient in English (direct collaboration with leadership will be required)
• Strong sense of ownership — an individual who manages accounts as if they were their own
• Starting salary: $3,000 – $4,000/month (dependent on experience)
