• Strategize, implement, and enhance paid media campaigns across:
• - Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• - Google Ads (Search, Display, Local)
• - TikTok/Spark Ads (as influencer collaborations expand)
• Create **channel-specific strategies** customized for local service businesses (distinct from templated e-commerce funnels)
• Foster **lead generation, appointments, and in-store visits**
• Design and establish **tracking and attribution frameworks** for offline and hybrid conversion paths
• Identify and track KPIs beyond standard ROAS (e.g., CPL, CAC, LTV proxies, booking rates, show-up rates)
• Perform audience research, geo-targeting, and local market segmentation
• Consistently test creative assets, offers, and landing page tactics
• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders on **offer positioning and campaign communication**
• Engage in **weekly (or bi-weekly) sync meetings**, supplemented by asynchronous communication
• Proven track record in managing paid media for **local, service-oriented businesses** such as:
• - Med spas
• - Dental clinics
• - Chiropractors
• - Appointment-based enterprises
• Demonstrated capability to **profitably scale ad expenditures**
• Proficiency in utilizing Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Familiarity with CRM and email marketing tools
• Strong comprehension of **local lead generation funnels and customer pathways**
• Strategic thinking — capable of **developing frameworks from the ground up**, rather than depending on generic e-commerce strategies
• Experience with **conversion tracking in low-visibility contexts** (offline conversions, call tracking, CRM integrations)
• Ability to set success metrics in uncertain situations
