This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance Meta advertising campaigns for a portfolio consisting of more than 10 active client accounts.

• Initiate, test, and refine lead generation funnels, VSLs, and booked-call workflows.

• Assume complete responsibility for client relationships, conducting weekly performance discussions and reporting.

• Evaluate performance data to implement proactive and real-time modifications to budgets and scaling strategies.

• Collaborate with the founder to create high-converting ad creatives, hooks, and messaging.

• Systematize and document internal procedures to maintain high-quality standards as the department expands.

• Monitor lead quality and funnel economics to ensure clients achieve a minimum of 2x ROAS.

• Stay informed about platform changes to protect clients from market fluctuations.

• Build, launch, and scale effective Meta (90%) and Google Ads (10%) campaigns, concentrating on Search, Display, and Performance Max.

• Continuously assess and refine campaigns to meet stringent KPI targets, including Cost Per Lead (CPL) and Cost Per Sale.

• Design and optimize high-converting landing pages (using Perspective) to guarantee optimal lead quality and conversion rates.

• Construct and manage lead nurturing workflows and integrations within GoHighLevel to facilitate seamless lead delivery to clients.

• Collaborate with the Creative Lead and Account Management team to translate performance data into actionable growth strategies.

• Prepare and convey campaign results internally and assist the account manager with client-facing updates.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience managing monthly Meta ad expenditures ranging from $30k to over $100k across multiple accounts.

• In-depth expertise in high-ticket lead generation within the home services, home improvement, or contractor industries.

• Documented success in profitably scaling campaigns and optimizing for sales-ready inspections/applications.

• Prior experience mentoring junior media buyers or reviewing account work is required.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to independently lead client calls and manage challenging conversations with assurance.

• A structured, scientific approach to testing audiences and creatives—avoiding ad-hoc experimentation.

• A data-driven mindset focused primarily on ROI, CPA, and funnel efficiency.

• Strong ownership mentality: you proactively identify and resolve issues before they reach leadership.

• Experience in building and optimizing VSL-based funnels.

• Advanced understanding of CRM integration and lead tracking for home service enterprises.

• Background in copywriting or creative direction specifically for Meta direct-response advertising.
