• Develop and initiate paid media campaigns on Meta from the ground up for B2B agency clients.
• Set up Meta Business Manager, establish ad accounts, implement Meta Pixels, Conversions API (CAPI), and create audience structures.
• Upload advertisement creatives and copy, organize campaigns and ad sets, and prepare campaigns for activation.
• Perform thorough quality assurance checks prior to the launch of campaigns to ensure accurate tracking, integrations, and conversions.
• Create high-converting landing pages using GoHighLevel with a focus on a mobile-first design.
• Configure forms, thank-you pages, confirmation flows, and systems for lead routing.
• Ensure all pages are properly connected to pipelines, automations, and reporting mechanisms.
• Develop comprehensive GoHighLevel systems encompassing pipelines, opportunity stages, custom fields, tags, email and SMS nurture automations, workflows for missed-call text backs, speed-to-lead systems, calendar integrations, lead source tracking, and reporting.
• Adhere to established internal build standards and consistently execute at a high level.
• Facilitate kickoff and implementation calls with clients.
• Collect technical requirements, oversee timelines, and eliminate obstacles.
• Guide clients through finished builds and clearly explain the systems in place.
• Provide support during live launches and resolve issues in real time.
• Document finalized setups and ensure a smooth project handoff.
• Demonstrated experience in building and launching Meta advertising campaigns for agencies, clients, or in-house brands.
• In-depth knowledge of Meta Business Manager, ad account configuration, tracking pixels, and Conversions API.
• Advanced proficiency in GoHighLevel, including funnels, pipelines, automations, integrations, and CRM configuration.
• Experience conducting client-facing calls and articulating technical concepts clearly.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Keen attention to detail with a strong commitment to quality assurance and execution.
• Capability to work efficiently, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Self-directed and highly responsible in a remote work setting.
• Dependable internet access and a professional home office environment.
• Experience collaborating directly with B2B digital marketing agencies.
• Familiarity with Zapier, Make, or other advanced automation tools.
• Knowledge of dashboard and reporting integrations associated with Meta and GoHighLevel.
• Project management experience coordinating multiple client launches simultaneously.
