This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Identify and rectify equipment failures.
• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
• Generate fault documentation.
• Utilize a CMMS for parts identification, technical drawings, and work instructions.
• Engage in failure analysis activities.
• Collaborate and communicate with the maintenance team and other internal departments.
• Liaise with manufacturers' technical support services as needed.
• Aid in the ongoing enhancement of the machine maintenance department.
• Revise work instructions and electrical schematics in collaboration with the reliability engineer.
• Update lockout/tagout (LOTO) documentation.
• Involve in equipment upgrades and enhancements.
• College diploma in Industrial Mechanics.
• At least 10 years of experience in a comparable position.
• Technical expertise in Industrial Mechanics or Electromechanics.
• Proficient in IT: Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, SAP.
• Language proficiency: French is mandatory, functional English is required.
• Soft skills: capability to make technical decisions, strong analytical abilities, independence, teamwork, and effective listening skills.
