This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

• Utilize iRoofing’s exclusive software to accurately create diagrams of roofs based on aerial imagery.

• Evaluate building architecture and apply sound judgment to finalize intricate or non-standard diagrams.

• Efficiently manage incoming tasks, prioritizing to meet quality standards and turnaround times.

• Communicate effectively in English (both written and verbal) using company tools.

• Take responsibility for quality and accuracy, independently identifying and resolving discrepancies or edge cases.

• Offer constructive feedback to enhance tools, workflows, and overall team productivity.

• Participate in process improvements and documentation efforts, including updating training materials and shared resources.

• Assist in the onboarding and integration of new team members by sharing knowledge and best practices.

• Serve as an emerging subject matter expert (SME) in roofing diagramming, tools, and workflows.

• Recognize opportunities to enhance efficiency, consistency, and team performance.

• Over 3 years of experience in a production, operations, or technical role that demands accuracy and throughput.

• Strong proficiency with technology and web-based tools; quick learner of new systems.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.

• Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and work independently in a high-volume setting.

• Problem-solving mindset with the capability to interpret visual data and make informed decisions.

• Experience with Xactimate or roofing sketching tools is preferred.

• Proven track record of working with US-based business teams.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
