Measurement Success Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Address client inquiries via email and support channels.

• Establish measurement protocols for campaigns involving advertisers, agencies, and publishers.

• Track performance and resolve issues proactively to prevent impact on reporting.

• Conduct Zoom training sessions to assist clients in navigating the platform and comprehending their campaign performance.

• Create spreadsheets that distill complex datasets for reporting and insights.

• Aid in QA efforts to ensure the accuracy of data provided to clients.

• Collaborate with the team to enhance processes as our client base expands.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.

• 2–5 years of experience in a related role.

• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets formulas.

• Demonstrates curiosity, effective communication, and a meticulous work style.

• Capable of troubleshooting issues and maintaining organization across multiple accounts.
