This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.
• Act as the main post-implementation liaison for a group of clients utilizing Sage Intacct.
• Enhance client satisfaction, promote software adoption, manage subscription renewals, and drive revenue growth.
• Take ownership of the entire renewal process for a designated portfolio of clients.
• Identify and seek out opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Conduct regular Business Reviews (QBRs/EBRs) with client stakeholders.
• Proactively inform clients about new features of Sage Intacct.
• Create and implement customized adoption strategies for clients.
• Ensure precise tracking of opportunity and renewal data within the CRM system.
• Establish multi-layered relationships within client organizations.
• Gather client feedback and advocate for product improvements.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or a related client-facing position within a B2B software or professional services setting.
• Proven success in managing renewals and achieving retention and expansion goals.
• Familiarity with Sage Intacct or similar ERP/accounting software (such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, Acumatica, etc.).
• Strong grasp of accounting principles, including AP/AR, general ledger, project costing, WIP, and financial reporting.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities; comfortable delivering presentations to C-suite executives.
• Highly organized with the capacity to manage a portfolio of accounts concurrently.
• Proficient in CRM platforms (such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) for tracking pipeline and activities.
