This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, and resolve issues within HubSpot workflows that facilitate lead management, lifecycle stage advancement, sales transitions, customer onboarding, retention efforts, and internal notifications.

• Set up and oversee HubSpot properties, lists, forms, lead statuses, lifecycle stages, and segmentation strategies.

• Ensure CRM data integrity through routine audits, database maintenance, duplicate management, list organization, and process documentation.

• Formulate and oversee MQL and SQL definitions, lead scoring frameworks, lead qualification criteria, and lead assignment workflows.

• Assist in launching campaigns by confirming that forms, lists, workflows, tracking, routing, and reporting are accurately configured in HubSpot.

• Manage and troubleshoot HubSpot integrations with associated marketing, sales, analytics, and business development platforms.

• Construct and maintain HubSpot dashboards and reports related to lead generation, funnel effectiveness, campaign performance, pipeline health, and customer engagement.

• Identify and rectify CRM configuration, automation, data, reporting, and workflow challenges that could affect marketing or sales outcomes.

• Document HubSpot procedures, workflow logic, naming conventions, reporting metrics, and CRM best practices.

• Offer HubSpot expertise and technical assistance to internal teams and clients as required.

• Keep abreast of HubSpot platform updates, best practices for CRM operations, marketing automation trends, and integration functionalities.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of practical experience with HubSpot, ideally in roles related to CRM operations, marketing operations, revenue operations, or technical marketing.

• Proficient in building and troubleshooting intricate HubSpot workflows.

• Experience in managing CRM data quality, custom properties, lists, lifecycle stages, lead statuses, and segmentation strategies.

• Skilled in configuring lead scoring, MQL/SQL definitions, lifecycle automation, and lead routing processes.

• Comfortable working with HubSpot reporting, dashboards, attribution, and funnel performance metrics.

• Knowledge of HubSpot integrations and associated marketing, sales, analytics, or business development tools.

• Strong technical problem-solving abilities with the capability to troubleshoot workflow, data, synchronization, and reporting issues.

• Competence in translating business needs into precise HubSpot requirements and action plans.

• Exceptional attention to detail, along with strong organizational, documentation, and follow-through skills.

• Excellent communication abilities and a readiness to collaborate with both internal teams and clients.
