This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.
• Facilitate the effective onboarding of new administrators while providing comprehensive product training.
• Advocate for Alan's products and services to drive widespread adoption among employees and administrators.
• Address incoming requests from administrators concerning operational tasks.
• Collaborate with the Key Account Manager’s team during the contract renewal phase.
• Identify and implement innovative initiatives to engage Alan's customer base.
• Influence the evolution of our products and services, acting as the voice of the customers to our product teams.
• Contribute to the development of processes and documentation.
• Engage with other teams and communities within Alan.
• Establish the benchmark for Customer Success Management at Alan!
• Expand the practice by creating the CSM playbook or serving as a team reference on a subject of your interest.
• Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders.
• Swiftly recognize signs of customer dissatisfaction, and devise and implement appropriate solutions.
• Demonstrated success in customer success or account management, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
• Strong client-focused approach with a background in providing customized solutions.
• Proficient in communicating, presenting, and influencing key stakeholders across all levels, including the C-suite.
• Experience in coordinating cross-functional projects involving various teams (Product, Sales, Engineering, Data).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to generate data-driven reports.
• Exceptional communication skills in both Dutch and English (French is a valuable addition).
• Ability to work autonomously and adapt swiftly in a dynamic environment.
