This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Design and implement sophisticated experiments that validate advertising value and enhance campaigns, providing actionable insights that influence business decisions.
• Examine experimental data to generate detailed recommendations for enhancing ad performance and measurement results.
• Customize measurement strategies to fulfill stakeholder requirements by creating innovative metrics and data visualizations that uncover deeper business insights.
• Collaborate proactively with stakeholders to formulate media measurement strategies and tackle intricate challenges, navigating through uncertain measurement inquiries.
• Present experimental results and other data-driven insights with a professional demeanor to senior clients, educating them on methodologies and ensuring alignment on actionable insights.
• Facilitate discussions, training sessions, and Q&A forums as a thought leader in ad measurement and experimentation, fostering confidence in measurement outcomes among clients and internal teams.
• Identify strategic opportunities, including potential client upsells or internal operational enhancements, guided by data-driven insights.
• Create tailored analytical solutions, including code, dashboards, and self-service tools with data-driven improvements through client projects and/or initiatives.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative discipline such as Engineering, Mathematics/Statistics, Finance, Economics, or Business.
• Over 6 years of experience in data and measurement or consulting sectors, showcasing expertise in statistical data analytics.
• At least 3 years of pertinent experience in advertising effectiveness, media/marketing measurement, and experimentation.
• Advanced knowledge of experimentation methodologies, including A/B testing, holdout designs, and incrementality measurement.
• Proficient in data storytelling and advanced visualization techniques using tools like Tableau or Mode.
• Experience in developing self-service tools and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Strong SQL capabilities and proficiency in statistical programming (Python/R) to design and validate custom analytical solutions.
• Proven ability to transform analytical insights into strategic recommendations that drive business results.
• Demonstrated history of working independently, showcasing curiosity, active listening, creativity, and delivering results in an organized fashion.
