Measure Technician – Part-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Operate independently in a traveling field position supporting The Home Depot's Field Services Organization.

• Conduct daily in-home measurement appointments with precision and efficiency.

• Build, nurture, and enhance customer relationships through daily interactions.

• Assist with sales support, product inquiries, in-home measurements, and installation coordination.

• Ensure a positive customer experience through accurate measurements, calculations, quote reviews, and presentations.

• Complete pre-assigned daily routes within a specified geographic area.

• Provide service assistance to company locations as required.

• Utilize company-issued devices for all tasks.

• Engage customers by asking open-ended questions regarding their projects and product requirements.

• Describe merchandise features, benefits, and project steps effectively.

• Respond to customer inquiries using knowledge of products and services.

• Identify and promote opportunities for customers to engage in additional service programs.

• Collaborate effectively with Associates, Supervisors, and Managers.

• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and work schedules.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Reliable means of transportation is necessary.

• High school diploma or GED is required.

• A minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience is preferred.

• Leadership experience is not mandatory.

• Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods.

• Ability to regularly lift, handle, or carry materials or equipment weighing between 8 to 20 pounds.

• Travel between locations is required.

• Tasks are executed using company-issued devices.
