Measure Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Efficiently and accurately complete daily routes for assigned measurement appointments.

• Collaborate with Associates, Supervisors, and Managers to fulfill all additional work tasks as required.

• Adhere to all policies and procedures while following the designated work schedule.

• Engage customers with open-ended questions and actively listen to their responses regarding their projects and product requirements.

• Explain the features and benefits of products, along with the steps necessary for completing projects.

• Showcase knowledge of products and services when addressing customer inquiries.

• Recognize opportunities to involve customers in other service programs.
