MCP Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Assist clients in grasping the utilization of Sightly’s MCP within their AI workflows.

• Convert client requirements into precise MCP use cases and agent workflows.

• Provide support for demonstrations, pilot projects, onboarding, and technical exploration.

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to identify new MCP tools and enhancements.

• Diagnose issues related to tool calls, integration challenges, and unforeseen agent behavior.

• Develop documentation, illustrative examples, and best practices for client reference.

• Serve as the liaison between client technical teams and Sightly’s internal teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid comprehension of MCP and its distinctions from traditional APIs.

• Practical experience with Claude, OpenAI, or comparable LLM platforms.

• Knowledge of AI agents, tool calling, prompts, context windows, and structured outputs.

• Capability to interpret tool schemas, parameters, logs, and prevalent integration issues.

• Proficiency in reading Python or backend code sufficiently to identify problems.

• Excellent communication skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Skill in transforming ambiguous client inquiries into well-defined workflows and implementation strategies.
