MCE Enablement Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide live virtual instruction on Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement.

• Create and facilitate curriculum, training materials, practical exercises, and projects.

• Simplify complex technical ideas into easily understandable content for learners.

• Evaluate learner progress and adjust instruction to accommodate different skill levels.

• Offer personalized support, coaching, and feedback to students.

• Cultivate an inclusive, supportive, and engaging educational atmosphere.

• Keep up-to-date with Salesforce updates to enhance course content continuously.

• Work together with internal teams to ensure training aligns with organizational objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in any discipline is mandatory.

• Required Salesforce certifications: Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Engagement Administrator, Marketing Cloud Engagement Consultant, Marketing Cloud Engagement Developer.

• Practical experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement is essential.

• Strong knowledge of: Data models and subscriber management, content creation and dynamic personalization, marketing automation and journey orchestration, campaign analytics, deliverability (Sender Authentication Package, IP/domain warming, etc.).

• Proficient in SQL, capable of writing complex queries without AI assistance.

• Proficient in AMPscript, able to write code blocks independently of AI tools.

• Experience with other Salesforce products (such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data 360, etc.) is advantageous.
