This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Create, develop, test, and support IBM Maximo reports and KPI dashboards utilizing BIRT and advanced SQL.
• Collect reporting requirements from business stakeholders and convert them into technical reporting solutions.
• Enhance report performance and resolve any reporting issues that arise.
• Generate ad hoc reports to assist business operations.
• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of data across reporting platforms.
• Maintain documentation, standards, and version control for reports.
• Conduct data analysis and SQL queries to aid in troubleshooting and reporting needs.
• Design, configure, implement, and sustain Maximo workflows to streamline business processes.
• Evaluate existing workflows and pinpoint opportunities for process enhancement and automation.
• Set up and optimize Maximo escalations, notifications, actions, conditions, and intricate business rules.
• Assist with workflow testing, deployment, and change management efforts.
• Resolve workflow-related issues promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with business users to establish workflow requirements and enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to organizational standards, security protocols, and industry best practices.
• U.S. Citizenship with the capacity to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or a related discipline.
• Over 4 years of experience in supporting IBM Maximo applications.
• Demonstrated strong expertise in BIRT Report Designer, Workflow Design, and advanced SQL (including query optimization, data structures, and relational databases).
• Experience in designing and configuring Maximo workflows, escalations, actions, and business rules.
• Familiarity with Maximo data structures, applications, and business processes.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to clearly articulate technical Maximo concepts to non-technical business stakeholders.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Previous experience working on federal contracts is preferred.
• Active IBM Maximo certification(s) is preferred.
• Experience with Maximo Application Suite (MAS) is preferred.
• Proficiency in Power BI or other business intelligence tools is preferred.
• Knowledge of the Maximo Integration Framework (MIF) is preferred.
• Familiarity with Java, XML, automation scripting, or REST APIs is preferred.
• Experience in supporting mobile Maximo solutions is preferred.
