Mathematics Tutor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide live, individualized online tutoring sessions (up to 60 minutes each)

• Assist students in completing FAA technical training courses

• Facilitate problem-solving, calculations, and understanding of concepts

• Modify teaching methods to cater to the unique needs of each learner

• Conduct tutoring through a web-based platform (voice, text, and shared workspace)

• Review materials uploaded by students (documents, images, equations)

• Record session outcomes and offer constructive feedback

• Keep recordings of tutoring sessions available for student review

• Engage in performance tracking and reporting

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid foundation in mathematics, engineering, or technical fields

• Capability to clearly explain complex concepts in a virtual setting

• Background in online tutoring or teaching

• Proficiency with digital collaboration tools and online platforms

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

• Experience in electronics, aviation systems, or technical training (preferred)

• Knowledge of FAA or military-style training environments (preferred)

• Experience supporting adult learners in technical disciplines (preferred)
