Math Tutor, Grades 5-8

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct personalized online math lessons for students in Grades 5-8 throughout North America, adhering to the CCSS framework.

• Instruct in English utilizing interactive and student-focused approaches to enhance engagement, reinforce core concept comprehension, and respond to inquiries in real time.

• Develop lesson materials tailored to individual student requirements, ensuring well-organized and high-quality teaching.

• Offer prompt feedback and targeted support to facilitate student understanding and ongoing progress.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher; preferred majors include Math, Education, or related disciplines.

• Teaching experience or possession of a valid teaching certification is strongly preferred.

• Must be available and willing to work during weekday evenings and weekends (in US time zones).

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities are essential.

• Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is preferred.
