This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in enhancing instructional practices in collaboration with school system partners.
• Collaborate closely with internal leaders to implement professional development, assess, and track instructional effectiveness and school environments.
• Cultivate and mentor instructional leaders to build their capacity.
• Offer content and curriculum expertise nationwide for grades K-12.
• Work alongside internal leaders to observe, evaluate, and oversee instruction, systemic conditions, and practices in instructional leadership.
• Lead reflective discussions based on data with system and school leaders.
• Create aligned training materials, model lessons, and resources for practice rooted in the Core Service framework.
• Assess the impact of professional learning through observations, feedback, and outcome data to promote ongoing improvement.
• Over 5 years of professional experience, including a background as a math teacher and at least 2 years in an administrative or instructional coaching role.
• Extensive content knowledge evidenced by the ability to independently design and deliver engaging, curriculum- and content-specific professional learning with precision and clarity.
• Proficient in evaluating the quality of instruction and instructional leadership practices using proprietary tools, with a capacity to synthesize trends into actionable recommendations for leaders.
• Exceptional coaching skills required to enhance the capabilities of instructional leaders.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively coordinate among team members, ensuring clear communication and seamless transitions of tasks to align projects.
