This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Assist in enhancing instructional practices alongside our school system partners.
• Collaborate closely with internal leaders to implement professional development, assess, and monitor instructional progress.
• Cultivate and mentor instructional leaders to strengthen their capabilities.
• Offer content and curriculum expertise across the nation for grades K-12.
• Work with system and school leaders to evaluate and oversee instructional and leadership practices.
• Create and present curriculum-specific professional learning opportunities for teachers and school leaders.
• Assess the impact of professional learning through observations, feedback, and outcome data.
• Over 5 years of professional experience, including a background as a math teacher and at least 2 years in an administrative or instructional coaching role.
• Extensive content knowledge proven by the ability to independently design and deliver engaging, curriculum- and content-specific professional learning with precision and clarity.
• Proficiency in assessing the quality of instruction and instructional leadership practices using proprietary tools, with the capacity to distill trends into actionable recommendations for leaders.
• Mastery of coaching techniques essential for developing the skills of instructional leaders.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate effectively with team members, ensuring clear communication and smooth task transitions to maintain project alignment.
