Material Master Data Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Guarantee the precise and prompt establishment and upkeep of material data, which includes updates on sales status, to facilitate corporate demand planning and logistics.

• Administer vendor accounts, ensuring that all pertinent information is current and adheres to company standards.

• Expand sales perspectives to suitable regions to enhance market reach and sales performance based on forecasts.

• Develop and sustain Costing & Pricing (CAP), purchase information (PIRS), and source lists for materials, ensuring the accuracy of financial data and cost management.

• Supervise the setup, extensions, and maintenance of retail articles, including the creation and upkeep of vendor UPCs, to guarantee product availability and compliance.

• Examine label data discrepancies, investigate underlying causes, and implement necessary corrective actions to maintain data integrity.

• Produce and maintain UPCs, sales, and purchase grids to ensure accurate product identification and tracking.

• Analyze data, execute system updates, and generate reports to assist in decision-making and enhance operational efficiency.

• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to enter, coordinate, and finalize transfer orders, improving inventory management and logistics.

• Update future transfer maintenance as necessary for optimal planning and shipping of transfer orders.

• Perform duties consistent with the Company’s AAP/EEO objectives and policies.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a college degree is preferred.

• Familiarity with SAP Material Master is advantageous.

• At least two years of experience in a business setting.

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel functions, formulas, and pivot tables.

• A high level of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.

• Display resilience and maintain professionalism in high-pressure situations, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of material data while effectively managing complex tasks and deadlines.

• Outstanding organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously to guarantee the timely and accurate completion of responsibilities.
